"Awesome LBS for Global Shoppers"
I stumbled upon Activesport while searching online for a new axle to replace my old Hope crankset, which they don’t make anymore. The prices and shipping fees were reasonable, and they shipped it out quickly. The part made its way from the UK to Australia in just 14 days. Big thanks to Activesport for their top-notch service and for having that elusive part that helped me fix my Hope cranks instead of tossing them out.

"Avoid this website, it's a total scam..."
Steer clear of this site, it's definitely a scam. I can easily see the warning signs in their so-called inventory. They are surely not authorized to sell fox parts, so just skip this site and find a better option.

"Unpleasant and unhelpful experience"
I dialed the number listed on their site to get some info and was shocked by how unfriendly and unhelpful the guy was. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they'd handle returns for faulty items. Best of luck to Active Sport with the upcoming recession.

Yet another company that wastes your time by advertising products, taking your order and payment, then later saying they don’t have the item in stock. Seriously, folks still scratch their heads wondering why Amazon dominates the market. A refund has been started.

"Awesome customer experience"
The site was simple to browse and utilize, and the item showed up within 2 business days (thanks to Royal Mail) after placing the order, with all the parts being right. Honestly, I was surprised it got here so quickly since I don't recall getting a dispatch notification. Fantastic service and meets expectations.

"Fast Delivery and Great Inventory"
Delivery was super fast, took less than 24 hours from placing my order to getting it in the mail. This is my second time ordering, and just like the first, it arrived really quick—definitely not a fluke. They also have a solid amount of stock; all the small items I wanted (Hope products) were in stock. I've now added them to my bookmarks.

"Beware of Scammers!"
Looks like it's just a bunch of scammers. I forked out cash for the rear shock parts, and after that, I didn’t get any tracking number or the parts themselves, just automated replies in my email. Seriously, don’t give them your card info.
Update: After two weeks, my parts finally showed up. Sorry for the harsh words earlier. This shop is legit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Just like many others have mentioned, they charged me for an item that wasn’t available.
Sure enough, they listed a bike part as available, took my cash, and then sent me a message saying it was out of stock. I’m still hanging on for my refund. No clue when it’ll come, but I’m relieved I used PayPal! It really feels like a scam to keep my money.

"Refund Process is Lacking"
Honestly, if I could rate this company lower, I totally would. First off, they charged me for an item they didn’t even have in stock. Then they claimed they’d refund me, but that didn’t happen. Instead, they just canceled the order, which meant that the so-called 'refund' took a whole month to show up in my account. I'm planning to escalate this to trading standards.

I sent my mom a link to buy a present from this company for my husband's birthday. She placed the order online, and since it was going to a different address, they called her to confirm it wasn't a scam. How cool is that? The team even included a Happy Birthday note with the gift. Really appreciate it!

I was on the hunt for a free hub for my 2013 Giant. My local Giant dealer seemed a bit lost on what I required, likely just to get my bike into their shop. I shot them an email for some guidance, provided my frame number, and received quick and precise info. The price was fantastic for an authentic part, and it arrived well-packaged and super fast. Definitely recommend!

Quick delivery and great packaging! I got my item earlier than I thought! It was initially out of stock, but they informed me it would be ready in about 2-3 weeks. Since I really needed it, I chose to hang tight, and out of the blue, it showed up today after just 4 days :) Fantastic service, and the support crew was always in touch with me :)

"Quick and Efficient Service"
I placed an order for a couple of items online. Shortly after, I got an email letting me know that one of the items wouldn’t be available for around 5-6 weeks and they offered to cancel it. I responded saying I wanted to cancel the item that wasn’t available and get the other one as soon as possible. They confirmed this via email on the same day, and I got the item delivered the very next day through Parcelforce. When I called for some fitting tips, they provided super clear instructions that made everything a breeze.
